Both parties cooperate closely.

The project is divided into seven main phases: project start-up, needs studies, functional design, R & D and testing, on-site implementation and connectivity, on-line piloting and project acceptance, detailing the main responsibilities of the ab side during these phases, and the important deliverables that the B side is required to submit to the A side, with a division of labour and responsibilities, each doing its best to advance the successful implementation of the system through a division of labour.
